1. If you are not satisfied with our product quality, you may return the product to us for a refund. In such cases you will get the full frame price and 50% of prescription lenses cost. However, please notify us by email or call firstly within 5 days of receipt.
2. If our glasses do not match the prescription you filled on the website, you can get a full refund or ask a replacement.
3. If the customer finds the product defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within seven days and show us photos/images to prove, and we will send him/her a new pair according to customer requirements.
